Recruitment marketing · Meta job ads

Does your client complain about too many applicants? Wrong ones.

Two hundred resumes, a dozen that meet the requirements, and a recruiter who spends the week screening instead of interviewing. That isn't a creative problem. It's a reach problem — and we fix it before you spend a dollar on recruitment ads.

Why it happens

The ad reaches everyone. So everyone applies.

Job ads on Meta run in the Employment Special Ad Category. No title targeting, no experience, no seniority, no lookalikes — just a wide radius around the job. Clicks look fine. The applicants don't. Your client sees the pile, not the CPC, and "too many applicants" becomes the complaint on the next call. What survived Meta's changes is a Custom Audience in the advertiser's own account. We build that audience from the posting's requirements and deliver it into your ad account as a customer list audience through the Meta Audiences API — so only people who meet the requirements see the ad in the first place.

How it works

Fix the audience before the campaign starts.

1

Paste the posting

Any job URL. Our software reads the requirements the way a recruiter would — the professions, licenses, and experience the role actually asks for, not just the title — and fills in the qualifications when the posting leaves them out.

2

Review who qualifies

In about ten minutes you get a one-page profile: who's in the audience, why they qualify, and counts for the job's state and nationwide. Add your agency and it goes out as "Prepared by [Your Agency]" — ready to forward to the client.

3

Activate

Click Activate. The audience lands in your Meta ad account as a customer list audience and stays current automatically. No spreadsheets, no uploads, no PII on your side. $100 per audience per month, no minimums, cancel anytime.

What changes for your client

Fewer applicants. Better ones.

The pile gets shorter

Only people whose experience and credentials match the requirements see the ad. The unqualified volume that was eating the recruiter's week stops showing up.

Cost per qualified applicant drops

Same media spend, a much larger share of it landing on people who can actually do the job. That's the number worth putting on the report.

The complaint goes away

Your client stops asking why the campaign reaches "everyone." And the audience is in their ad account under your name, not ours.

Built from professional profile attributes only — title, seniority, industry, company size, location. Never age, gender, ethnicity, or any protected class. Every audience ships with a signed compliance certification. See Compliance →
