Free for agencies · Limited-time beta

A full banner set from a job posting. In minutes.

Paste your client's job posting, careers page, or hiring-event page. We read it the way a recruiter would, write multiple messaging angles from what's actually in it, source the employer's logo, generate on-brand imagery, and hand you every standard size — ready for any ad server. Every line is checked against EEOC/ADEA advertising guidance before it ships.

Why this exists

The audience is ready. The creative is the bottleneck.

Recruitment display dies in the hand-off: the client has no banners, the designer is two weeks out, and the 320×50 arrives with a title, a date and a time crammed into 50 pixels. We built the generator we wished the big vendors used — pay in the headline when the posting has it (the single biggest lever on cost-per-click), one message per mobile banner, a call to action in every size, and a compliance filter that blocks the "young, energetic team" phrasing that quietly suppresses applicants over 40.

How it works

Posting → review → download.

1

Paste a link

One job posting, a job category with the careers page, or a hiring event. Our software extracts the role, market, pay, bonus, schedule and benefits — and keeps the sentence each fact came from.

2

Review

Your email link opens a preview of what we made: the messaging angles, color schemes built from the employer's logo, two image options, and every size. Happy with it? Skip ahead. Want a tweak? Our web-based editor changes text, schemes, fonts and images in one simple tool, with previews that update as you type.

3

Download

One click. Every messaging, color, image and size variation — JPEGs, animated GIFs if you want them, and a copy sheet — in an organised zip you can drop into any DSP, ad server or the client's own account.

What's in the set

Built from the posting,
not a template library.

The copy comes from the source. If the posting lists $1,650 a week and home every weekend, that's the headline and the support line — pay is the hook that moves applicants most, and it's also the one most agencies leave out. Sign-on bonuses, tuition help, schedule, newer equipment and career path fill the other angles. If a fact isn't in the posting, it isn't in the banner.

Imagery is generated for the role — plain unbranded workwear, no logos, no text — and checked twice for stray lettering before it's used. Casting spans ages; no all-young crews. See Compliance →

Compliance built in

Two rulebooks. One filter.

Meta's Employment Special Ad Category governs who sees a job ad; the EEOC and the ADEA govern what it says — on every channel, display included. Of the discriminatory-advertising charges the EEOC sees in a year, roughly nine in ten are about age, and a field experiment found that three innocuous-sounding phrases cut applicants over 40 by twelve points. Our generator hard-blocks the age proxies (“young”, “energetic”, “recent graduate”, experience caps), “native English speaker”, and the “up to $X” pay claims the FTC now treats as deceptive — and shows you why, with a safe substitute, right in the editor.

Extract, don't invent

Every pay figure, bonus, date and benefit is copied from the source, and the source sentence travels with it.

Contrast that passes

Every scheme is checked to WCAG contrast ratios before you see it. White-on-lime chips do not ship.

One message per mobile banner

The 320×50 carries one hook, a CTA and the logo — never a title, date and time crammed into 50 pixels.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask.

Is it really free?

Yes, for recruitment marketing agencies during the beta — no card, no limits on downloads of a set. We'll ask for feedback when you're done, and we'll show you the audience we can build for the same job.

Where do the images come from?

Generated for the role — a driver at the cab, a tech on a rooftop, an interview at a table — in plain workwear with no logos or text, then checked for stray lettering before use. No stock, no licensing questions. You can also upload the client's own logo.

Can I edit the copy?

Every line. The compliance check runs as you type; anything blocked shows why and offers a safe substitute. You can't export a blocked line — that's the point.

What about the click-through URL?

Banners carry none — you set it in your ad server or DSP as usual. The link you paste is only used to read the posting.

Which formats?

Optimised JPEG in all six IAB sizes, optional two-frame animated GIF (2.5 s a frame, three plays, CTA on every frame), a copy sheet and a render report — all under 150 KB per file. HTML5 motion banners are coming as a paid option.

Do you run the campaign?

We can. TargetByTitle Display runs your banners to the job-title audience we build from the same posting, at $15 CPM — managed by us or on your own DSP. Or take the zip anywhere.
