# TargetByTitle

TargetByTitle turns a job posting URL into an audience of the people who actually qualify for the job — by title, experience and credentials — and delivers it where recruitment marketers advertise. It is built for recruitment marketing agencies, RPOs and in-house talent acquisition teams.

## What it does

- Job-title audiences: paste a job posting, get a free audience profile with state and national counts in about ten minutes. Activation is $100 per audience per month, no minimums, cancel anytime. Audiences are built from professional attributes only (title, seniority, industry, company size, location), never protected characteristics, and ship with a signed compliance certification.
- Social media delivery (Meta): the audience is delivered into the advertiser's Meta ad account as a customer list audience through the Meta Audiences API, which is why it works inside the Employment Special Ad Category for Facebook and Instagram job ads. LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and X are available on request.
- Web display: managed web banner campaigns to the same audience on brand-safe web inventory at $15 CPM, 50,000-impression minimum ($750), set up within one business day. The same audience can instead be delivered as a segment to any DSP. A self-service dashboard is coming.
- Free web banners: a complete banner set generated from a job posting, careers page or hiring event — six standard sizes, multiple messaging angles, color schemes matched to the employer's logo, copy checked against EEOC/ADEA advertising guidance, every file under 150 KB. Free for agencies.
- API and MCP server: all of the above as tools an AI agent can call (build_audience, get_audience, deliver_audience, generate_banner_set, get_banner_set, launch_display_campaign, get_campaign_report). Access is provisioned on request within one business day.

Nursing audiences (RN, LPN/LVN, NP, CNA) are handled by the partner Audience Synergy (https://audiencesynergy.com), not by TargetByTitle.
